Brad's Rice Pudding

2 quarts water
Dash of salt
4 c. rice
4 c. sugar
2 pints whipping cream
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg, whipped
2 T. vanilla
1/2 cube butter
Dash of nutmeg
Place water & salt in a 12" dutch oven. Bring water to boil, add rice. Boil until almost dry - check to see that it is completely tender. Add sugar, whipping cream, evaporated milk, whipped egg, vanilla, butter. Cook until it's all warmed up, sprinkle with nutmeg, & serve.
