Aunt Lori's Pie Crust
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1 t. salt
6 T. COLD water
Blend first three ingredients until pea-sized pieces. Add water until dough starts to stick together. Let rest in fridge. Roll into pie crust; makes 2 crusts.
