1 cup ketchup, no HFCS
4 cloves garlic
1 small can of crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tb. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
3 Tb. water
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine everything in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with veggies, couscous, brown rice, or potatoes.
