Light and Airy Pumpkin Muffins

1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 egg whites
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Crumble topping:
4 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine muffin ingredients all in one bowl.
3. Scoop in to prepared greased muffin tin.
4. Combine crumble ingredients in separate bowl. Crumble over muffins.
5. Bake for 16 minutes.
